How much is the dealer asking? 5,500 miles?! And I thought my 2013 was low at 7,500 miles. Wow.

Very nice looking car. Why did you sell it, and what did you replace it with?

Looks like they're swinging for the fences and asking over $34k for it:

Just like the others, I'm curious why you sold it and what you replaced it with. Thanks.

Yikes! Yeah, the write up even mentions how people shy away from modified cars bc if they go boom there's no warranty behind it - then they explain the work was done by a great shop. Ok, it seems like every writeup I read says that "install was done by Merlin the Magnificent at Yolo Subaru!", and they still aren't providing a level of comfort for buyer.

Honestly, they'll be lucky to get original MSRP on this car unless they can offer a 3yr warranty to ease the buyer's mind.

Super cool car though.

That's pretty much what I was thinking exactly - if they offered it for the same price as a brand new BRZ, I would have a hard time turning it down, warranty or not. However, at $8k more than what I paid for mine brand new last year, I wouldn't even be tempted.

I wonder how long ago the OP traded it in, I remember seeing it at that dealership before, I think. It is a great example, but I think it's a hard sell over $30k.

Hey guys, the dealer purchased the car from me May of last year with about 4500 on miles out give or take.

I sold it because it was an extra car that sat in my warehouse more then it should of with the amount of money I put into it. I ended up getting an S4 instead as I can DD it (I have two small children I take to school every morning.)

Porcupint: It is a Supercharged badge

34K is definitely starting to get to "hard sell" range, but.. with the parts (and very apparently love) in that rig, plus the owner right here, it would have tempted me even at that sticker price.

Guarantee the dealer would lower the price in a haggle. Used cars are ticking time bombs and they know it. 0-100 depr real quick

well as any dealer will tell you when trading a car in, aftermarket parts do not add value to the car, it would be like me expecting them to pay 3k more for my trade because i put speakers amps and a sub in my car, they just aren't going to do that, so no reason i should expect to pay a markup because it has extras
