Ethernet cable in my car?

So I bought my frs used with a shit ton of aftermarket tweaks that were everything I would have wanted to do myself so I was in heaven haha.

But I'm confused on what this Ethernet cable looking chord was that came out the top front of my dash were the glass is. (I'll add pic later)
Could it be for a radar or possibly some sort of diagnostics connection? No clue

The power cord for my passport radar detector uses an RJ type of connector. Could be that.

My Valentine 1 uses an RJ connector for power. Probably just a hardwired power line for a radar detector.

its more like a phone cable but agreed with the above, it could be for previous radar hardwire.

Did the original owner not provide you with a list of things he did to the car?
