what to do first Frs

I just got my Asphalt Frs today and it already came with a TRD exhaust. What else should i add on my car? Intake? cold air or short ram? injen, greddy, etc, just need help in the beginning stages of modding my car. Also looking for interior/exterior mods and best place to buy them. Thanks anything is helpful!

Don't let other people mod your car for you. Do what you want. If you want an intake first, we can help you find the right one that fits what you want out of the car.

I can only give you my example. The thing that bothered me most about the car was how high it sat. So I got it lowered.

As far as the best place to get them? I'd start here. Read up on the applicable forums for exterior and interior modifications.

Happy modding, and welcome.

THIS!
I agree completely that lowering is a good start as well. Looks better and handles just a slight bit better.

Yes, search before you ask the same question that countless before you have already asked. That will save you from being flamed.
But welcome to the forum.
And save your money, you dont need an intake for these, as the factory intake does just fine, a drop in filter will suffice.

What are your goals with the car? Are you going to track/autox it at all, or is it just going to be a street machine that is modded to how you like?

For an intake, you're better off just doing a drop-in in terms of cost-to-gain. Any intake system will gain you just slightly more, if not equal, results as a drop-in. FT86SpeedFactory has a thread where they dynoed a bunch of drop-ins, and the results speak for themselves.

I don't know much about any car mods..the drop in filter can change the sound as well as give around 5 hp? Any recommendations?

I got a drop in filter BNIB. I can sell it for what I paid for it - I ended up with a TRD intake before I ever installed it.

Bar none, the best option!

Oh, and make a thread complaining about crickets-everyone else does.

Don't ask what crickets are lol

Throw in a thread complaining about the torque dip and the tires and wheels for good measure. First thing first I'd buy the TRD rubber floor mats. Best mod for the dollar.
