STI has nothing to do with the engine design itself, they are primarily a chassis / suspension tuner

Hmmm, ok lets start with a few Items from STI :

hm i do not think so, cause....

STI Start Up button : Performance Part ????
Yes, my car will start up faster !

Noo, just for Show Off !!!!

STI Pin Stripes : Performance Part ????
Yes my car has a better
drag coefficient !

Nooo, the Item is just for show off !!!!!

STI Battery Holder : Brings Performance ???
Yes, my car feels more alive with that !

Nooo, just for Show off in the engine bay !!!!!

so, i do not understand why kickplates or other stuff i dream from
will be rice ?????

even if there are kickplates from STI for the WRX STI ????

@mister.bond, every performance oriented division is over-marketed by its manufacturer. They'll sell overpriced non-functional parts with their logo on it because you'll buy it. ///M, AMG, TRD, Shelby, you name it...

By the way, illuminated anything (OEM or not) is rice.

BRZ (PREMIUM/tS) REAR CENTER CONSOLE SILENCER - UPDATE FROM JAPAN NOW:

"Dear GP,

Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve talked to Subaru Japan about it but all JDM BRZ use same part number (I’ve even double checked the parts CD) so Premium pack is even use same one.

Yours sincerely,

Yuki

Yea I just don't get why the dealers in the GTA can't seem to be able to order the body kit, or they are just ignorant?

I've only bought the gurney flap and front lower rubber guard from Japan so far. I'm gonna wait and see if the body kit will appear on their catalog later on. Hope I don't have to resort to Japanparts for the entire kit.

So really nobody ever drilled the rear wing to install the gurney flap? I'm seriously thinking of drilling those two holes. Someone please convince me otherwise.

ok, thanks
I figured it was implied, but I will spell it out anyway: when the illumination serves a purpose, it's not rice. Before you ask:

Illuminated gauge cluster, AC controls, HU, start button? Necessary, not rice.
Illuminated foot wells, door sills, floor panels? Useless, rice.
Illuminated shift knob? Meh... borderline, but definitely not my cup of tea.

Again, regardless of OEMness. Also, no need for sarcasm.

Guys, we are in 21st Century. Henry Ford and black T Ford has gone away.

Marketing and design have had a wide growth and each item of our life is in accordance to nowadays need. Both mandatory than not.
