This kit looks great for any budget of track build honestly. I can definitely see it being done under 7k. I don't think @circuithero understand the amount of track testing Jackson s/c has gone through, and the very fast times its posted just bolted on to a stock car. There's really not much else that needs to be done in supporting mods from what I can tell - yes, probably cooling but clutch really should be fine at stock power (although that's not too expensive replacement either).

Its a pretty given that track days are going to be more expensive with F/I. But this can be kept very cheap by keeping down the power. I've seen what a small amount of boost can do in a turbo BRZ and these cars do not need a lot. This jackson S/C will probably be perfect with stock 250+- whp. And for those who want more that's great too but I bet that's plenty good to beat a majority of cars at the track at the hands of a skilled driver.

And that's all awesome from a stock (hopefully) CARB approved solution.

I think you're thinking more of a bi-turbo or sequential type setup (a smaller turbo for low lag, and a bigger one for high flow, which in my understanding is the same concept in which twin scrolls operate.)
That is NOT what twin scroll means. Frs300 has feh correct definition.
Twin scroll is still a SINGLE turbo. Look up holset turbos, many of them are twin scroll, in fact my eclipse has a twin scroll holset. And I can promise you it's only one snail under my hood.

Just to clarify ^ this guy is correct on what twin scroll means.
