Wow looks like another good reason for me to celebrate 4/20

Three and a half weeks for Japan to US? Seems a bit quick no?

Take this for what it's worth:

Got an email from my salesman today. He said he talked to his Suby regional rep and was told that pricing would be coming "soon". I assume within a week or so..

He said my ETA for deliver is May.. not sure if that is early or late in the month.

So nothing concrete by any means, but it's nice to get some feedback from the dealership with some basic info.

I don't think that's too quick to expect shipping, roughly 2 weeks on the boat and I'm assuming they will be using several ports, of which TX is only a few hours from me.

From my understanding, SOA only uses two ports; Portland, OR and Baltimore, MD. SNE uses the port in RI. So I don't think you will see SOA using TX as a port. Most likely either Portland or Baltimore is used, and then sent by train/ground transport.

Then I'd have to agree, that it might take a bit longer

Anybody know if pre-order invalidates LNT pricing discount? I believe there is a stipulation that you must contact them first and they will set you up with a dealer that accepts the discount. I'd for sure like to get the discount... May wait until my 6 months are up with LNT before I place the order...

VIP pricing no work for BRZ. Sorry. Might be added in the future. No word on that yet.

well i have 6 months to wait it out anyways because of the membership and likely also the existing pre-order list

i was figuring for 6 months from now, and whether i should get a pre-order in now or not. obviously wouldn't want to screw with pre-ordering if it would mess with vip pricing
