What I'm saying is: since OFT came out I have never seen one EL chart. They must certainly dyno-street tune an EL car to develop OTS. So why not giving us at least one or two charts? I understand that he sells UEL, I understand that the device is what he sells and not OTS but he provides maps with his OFT and so as a customer I'm trying to express my frustration in not seeing even one EL charts/post that tell us difference/pros/cons.

Anyway let's get back on topic.

Disclaimer: I'M NOT CRITICISING THE QUALITY OF SHIV WORK IN ANYWAY. I BELIEVE HE IS A VERY GOOD TUNER AND THAT OTS MAPS ARE GREAT. SO FOR ANYONE READING MY POSTS DONT GET IT WRONG PLEASE

End OT
I see. The only dyno I have seen the company post of a EL dyno (chart) is that comparing UEL tune vs EL tune. Maybe their is more but I have not found them. So I understand what you are saying.

I think the real question is.. why EL when you can have the UEL burble exhaust?

The possibility of more power is why I went EL but I don't expect an OTS tune for my exact setup.

When the only real local tuner for me gets a chance to get experience with this car I'll have a custom tune.

Maybe he thinks(like some of us do) that it sounds like a misfire...

I for one would like to see shiv revisit EL if for no other reason than there are much better EL headers available now than there were when he developed the stage1 and 2 tunes. I still don't even know which header he used. I'd love for shiv to start selling nameless headers, but you can't have everything haha. I'm very pleased with my nameless on his stage two tunes particularly the e85, but I bet a lot of power is being left on the table. The lack of tuners around Austin makes a custom tune a pita for me at the moment.

Shiv's stance on stuff like this is pretty good IMO, find a customer with a specific hardware setup and he'll offer up a tune (like the vortech OTS map).

Asking someone who is already providing free tunes to find people with certain setups and then pay for dyno time to update his free tunes is a pretty ridiculous thing to ask for.

If you want him to support your given setup, you can always pay $200 for an e-tune.

Sorry to say it but you are just not understanding the point we are trying to make.

Let's everyone get back on topic and forget about this.

It wasn't a demand it was simply an opinion based on how the initial tune was made and further development that has happened. Main reason shiv's uel results were better than EL back then is the EL offerings sucked.

He said it did not make power with the electric supercharger and I doubt it will make any power with any FI setup. When the system is under pressure it is unlikely to help.

No, it is you. Every month you come up with something to accuse people with and gets shot down. Let's hope you've learnt this time but I doubt it.

Back on point, still debating if I should get this..
E85 results would definitely help for sure.
