Only parts I really like are the Front Fender Garnish, and the "hachiroku" emblem on the back(Ummm… Thanks @kALMIGHTY ? lol). I don't think the center script emblem is copying Maserati. How many vehicles have center oval emblems, or circle emblem. Or, model designation in the lower left, or lower right. Not a biggie in my book.

I've looked for information on Nishijin-carbon. All I can come up with is this:
"Strands of glass and carbon are drawn into fibers then heated to high temperatures to expel the majority of non-carbon atoms in a process called carbonization. The process creates filament-like fibers composed of tightly woven chains of glass/carbon that when laminated into sheets makes exceptional knife handles that are lightweight, visually pleasing and wear-resistant. Conventional glass fiber is woven, basket-like, horizontally and vertically but our Japanese makers have developed a new weaving process that creates circular and swirled fiber patterns called Nishijin."

Nothing on Wikipedia, multiple google searchs, etc. The only application I've found it has been used for is knife handles. I know the front fender garnish is hardly in need of stengthening or ligthening, but does anyone know anything about this stuff? Is it a new better form of carbon fibre? Or just a decorative form.

I agree, same font and everything. Seems more like a hyundai move.

The rest looks fine, they just really over did it with all the maserti hachiroku

Funny thing is that mine was the exact same as the top design at first, but was later stretched vertically to fit better!!

I can't help but wonder how long it will take for the FR-S/BRZ/86 to need professional psychological help. None of them seem to know what they are. Someone needs to do a car with ALL the various badges.

Check out my HachiOtaScioRu F86BZRSGT!

Once I put on my new badges, It will have Scion on the steering wheel, 86 on the front and back, hachiroku on the back, Subaru and Toyota inside the engine bay.
