Well I had a lengthy conversation with him early last week and same story, shipping company returned the boxes etc and it was all ready to be shipped last week but now he has gone all cold again. No answer to multiple emails, FB, phone calls etc. I can't get a tracking number out of him!

I've been waiting since June for my intake pipe that was missing from my turbo kit and I ordered uel headers beginning of September and still have gotten anything, :/

FedEx will only attempt to deliver a package 3 times then send it back to the shipper. They also will leave a call tag if they were unable to deliver, typically on the door. On that call tag they have means of contacting them to arrange getting the package, also will have info about what attempt they are on trying to deliver it.

Problem was that there was no door tag or any kind of notification. I have a FedEx and UPS acct set up and they notify me of any incoming packages or missed delivery. Im thinking that he sent it to the wrong address.

I remember when I was talking to Toni about being tuned and he was having issues with his shippers returning things because they were slightly over whatever the pre-paid weight was for the package. At least that was the song he was singing at that time and it sounds like he is still dancing to that tune 6 months later.

Ugh, all these posts are making me nervous; my kit SHOULD be on it's way soon. This is incredibly frustrating too being as there were so many rave reviews for their customer service at the time of me ordering it.

you're like the 3rd or 4th person that's told that story. either they have a VERY unreliable fedex/ups guy, or that's just the go-to line when something doesn't get shipped.

they're an extremely vocal minority. around here there are lots of folks having issues even way beyond just getting parts... but they're not going public and i won't do it for them.

Just going to cross my fingers and hope I can be part of that minority haha. I mean, they have been stellar in their response to my inquiries and such but that's only half the equation. Guess I will find out here soon (hopefully)

I had so many problems with small parts from them early on i decided to stay away from the big parts.

This thread initially had me excited about going with FA20clubs turbo setup and I was fully on board with going with this kit... Still leaning in that direction, but am now a bit more concerned. Going into this, I'd fully embrace a longer wait time for a quality product with great service... But am a little unsure now.

Guess what I'm getting at is I would really like some insight and tips from current owners ( kit actually installed). Anyone willing to chime in will be very much appreciated. How do y'all like it!?
