Just a standard unit converted to oil fed? Going to run moar boost?
I'm debating getting the 12psi upgrade pulley/belt from fa20club, or possibly upgrading the compressor

I eventually want to go that route with fa20 and see how i like that. I'm just worried about internals because of our high comp

You simply turn the pulley around and use the spacer that came off the plastic pulley.

A nice steel housing, OEM pulley. I am still going to swap to the ACDelco/Gates pulley when I get them, this is just temporary "get the car running" rigging but I think it would work long term as well.. the pulley is slightly larger (3-4mm diameter) but there seem to be no issues. Just started it up and everything is good. Belt tension seems about the same even though the pulley is slightly bigger.

Very useful if your pulley dies and you still have your OEM one.

What is the part number for the ACDelco/Gates pulley replacement your going with?

That's correct. Plan is to run the 14psi pulley and limit boost with a wastegate for now to 9psi until the block gets built.

I found higher-rpm bearings (~65K max), I wonder if we can just swap bearings and keep the internal oil system..... probably not, but it would be nice lol

I've been looking for a reason to tear down the blower anyways, its apparently quiet easy to get parts and rebuild these things with bearings/seals etc.
If i'm going to throw on a 12psi pulley I'm going to look into the higher speed bearings

How do the instructions look? Decent or on par with the instructions for the original install haha

Planning to run E85 and more boost or?

I'm stuck with 94 octane so until I build the engine can't do much but wanna get everything but the block working great and then we'll see which project gets attention this winter. Part of me is thinking just drive it as is for a year and make sure everythings reliable before I tear apart the block. Also to make sure no one has issues doing internals (aka crawford blowing a block up already)

My roommate text me yesterday at work saying I had something from vortech. Come home to find an envelope with the invoice, fuuuu got so excited haha
