Update:

I was helping a buddy with a E90 M3 today. He was looking to buy it (he's down in FL). I think I've been driving a race car (my BRZ) for too long, it felt weakish on torque and soft. Still a very nice package!

I received my Perrin CAI:

The only issue I have is it's an oiled filter so it got everywhere and I don't like oiled filters:

I plan to install once I receive my Perrin oil cooler which should be any day now (was expecting it yesterday/today).

Stay tuned for updates, I think it will be a cool pic with the front bumper off with the intake and oil cooler mounted.

To run E85, my tuner was seeing some max duty on the stock ones. He ran 700cc so it was easy to just follow suit.

Update:
In unusual fashion, I received a deliver early in the AM. UPS has been a little suspect in my area as of late so it wouldn't have surprised if they dropped it off at 8pm last night and I didn't catch it.

This morning was very cool. I received a CEL yesterday:
Code P0108 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

My tuner thinks it was just the cold weather. Once I cleared it, it hasn't come back on. He is re-calibrating a tune that he should have to me by this weekend. I'm excited to iron out my set-up. It runs pretty rough in the cold and hesitates a lot at low RPMs w/ light throttle input. My driver's side front shock was making noise the whole way to work...cold weather isn't a friend to my set up

So what's in the box?
I received my Sonax wheel cleaner. I hope to give it a try this evening.

I also received my Perrin oil cooler:
I plan to install it with the CAI next week. I'll be heading out of town for the weekend so I won't have time to get to it before then.

The new Mocal core:

@swift996 not sure if you already knew but Raceseng will be coming out with Innovate pulleys in a 70mm and a 72.5mm so you might want to touch base with them.

Wheel Update:

So I used the Sonax wheel cleaner real good stuff:

The rears came out pretty good:

But unfortunately the caked on pad dust just won't budge from the fronts:

Finished product after two coats of Poor Boys wheel protectant:

Update:

I installed my Perrin Oil cooler and Cold-Air Intake. I also picked up a Perrin rear shifter mount and Omni 3-bar MAP sensor both new in box from forum members. I didn't have time to get to add washers to the sub-frame to give the sway bar a little more clearance but plan to later this week. I also flashed Moto-East's new tune. It feels a lot better and I didn't have any hesitation issues but they came in once the car got use to the tune. I'm working with Mike to iron that out. I need to send him some logs with the new intake anyways. I hope to get a video up in the next day or two.

Install:
Front bumper is a pain for sure. The Perrin instructions were decent but I think they could have gone the extra mile and made them more detailed. The fittings were on sort of backwards causing the lines to kink. I tried calling their tech support, left a message and never got a call back. Fortunately a local guy has one and told me I could very forcefully turn them so I got that worked out. Also the adapter bolt for the sandwich plate isn't socket friendly so the oil filter was used to tighten it all the way down (no leaks spotted). It took me about 3 - 3.5hrs and it got dark so I finished up just in time. I also swapped my ESM wheels back on. The intake went on pretty straight forward.

Pics:

Driving Impressions:
Wow, this baby whines like crazy now. It's amplified significantly! The car seems to have some more go but no hard evidence yet. I'm very pleased with it. The innovate coupler is a little awkward because the Perrin pipe has a larger diameter lip and then gets small. So I just tightened up the clamp around the bigger lip part but you can get a finger in the end of it, no leaks just looks odd.

Nothing crazy but after running around for about 15 minutes with several hard pulls:
Oil temps and intake temps are down! True test is next Mon/Tue at VIR!

Just wanted to add a few pics since it got dark out last night. I'm going to try and get a video tonight when I run out to grab some logs.

Based on similar conditions
Intake temps were about 88-92
Oil temps were about 205-215

The true test will be at VIR on the 26th/27th. My last track session I was hitting oil temps of 270 without the supercharger (or oil cooler). It should be significantly less now. Also when I popped my hood after the run the engine bay even felt cooler than normal FWIW. I'll be collecting more data here soon.

Well hopefully they stay down for you. I am fighting the hot Phoenix heat and shitty 91oct/e10 put here. I am revising my e10 map and tuning on e85 this weekend for our FA20club dyno day hosting. Hopefully the e85 will help with some of the heat.
