The observatory run is always fun. What about hitting up some wineries one of these days? Now 2 argentos in one drive wow. Nice color

Yup, another great drive in the books. The weather played in our favor as well as the other cars we encountered. Thanks to everyone that came out. Watching Bob getting comfortable with his 86 makes me believe we're doing something positive. Half way thru Mines, I see we needed to space out. So I put down the radio and gave a lil space. Come to find out, either I'm getting old or ya'll been practicing but everyone pretty much stayed together. Great driving!

Yeah...family was ok'ed with me splitting from them. Strange feeling, we're hoteling in Santa Clara for the weekend. And yes they got their ice cream, Starbucks, dinner, and soon heading to the pool.

There's a drive scheduled next Sunday, check the Palomares Run thread! Actually next weekend is going to be busy, events planned on both Sat and Sun... Check the 86DRIVE calendar for more details on them.

Nice, I may have to give Del Puerto Cyn another try then... last time I drove it, I was not very fond of it due to the narrowness and poor road condition.

LOL driving and drinking what a great plan. but yeah we could do it sometime when we return to Livermore at the right time. Just a little taste for the drivers though.

LOL Calvin - Don't come out to meets to chill with me (apparently I'm cool? who knew!?), come out for the amazing roads and views. Today was the epitome of a beautiful California day and I'm thrilled that I got to spend it with so many enthusiasts! Something about these cars is special, I see it on the faces of all the drivers. For me it's the feeling I get when blasting through the twisties. No worries about job/life, just enjoying the moment and the machine.

Here's some photos from today:

Wow, looks like you guys had an awesome drive. Too bad I missed it, I was busy enjoying last weekend's great weather out in the woods . Excited about this weekend, if the Canepa C&C doesn't work out, we at least get a nice morning drive out of it.

Mount Hams was so much fun.. Wish I could've made it out earlier to do the whole drive, but at least we were able to make it to the observatory and join you guys there! Thanks to @Darrellbuddy321 for hauling a$$ to get us there on time! Thanks bro! Lol I'll post some pics that I have from that morning soon. Excited for the next drive! Twisties are beginning to become my new best friend! Lol

Here is another reminder for those that are just joining our drive thread that our next drive will be this Saturday. We will depart Los Gatos at 8am and make our way through the redwoods to a fantastic car museum and restoration shop. Check out the full thread here
