First "real" performance upgrade: I installed the TRD JDM Sports Air Filter this morning. while I was at it, I removed the foam plug from the default Sound changer as well.







The motor feels a bit free breathing, a teensy bit more elastic and a bit more bassy. Very subtle changes though, no game changer.

Next stop: Steering Wheel and front strut tower bar

Chaps, does anyone have the TRD push start button? Does it have green backlight all the time? At night - everything is red (amber in an FR-S) and this thing is green? Is that the case? Just got my button and will unlikely install it if it is really the case

He has a GT86 (he's in Moscow) with the push start feature similar to what we see in the US with the BRZ

Aha, that explains it, thank you. Is it possible to convert to a switch key? I just hate hitting the buttons on accident all the time when it's in my purse.
