Correct, you're still getting a good fraction of the flow; this prevents thermal shock.

Doubt it - the closest track is over 3 hours away.
I dont have alot of time for tracking and 99% of the time it sits in the garage. I'll use it for the weekend in the mountains out here in rural NC.

I won't lie, the car kind of scares me now... lol. Read the number gains... talked about the number gains... but didn't truly comprehend just how the car would respond to the C-30 Kit, Ace 350 Header, Delicious Tune, and full exhaust. Lost count as $$$ were flying out of the wallet, but it has been beyond worth it!! Thanks Mike and David at CSG and Zach at Delicious... you guys ROCK!!

Recently got my FRS not long ago and already throwing on a few aesthetic mods. Looking at JRSC for the future when I get the funding. Everyone talks about supporting mods and there is a pretty extensive list of things I can use. But what mods should I be excluding? What works poorly with this kit and what just flat out doesn't work?

What kind of power do you want? What are you doing with the car? What fuel is available to you?

Looking at the C30 not looking for off the wall power. Currently my DD but planing on keeping it extremely clean something I can show off, love going to meets (Cafe 86 looking at you). California so only really 91 in my area :/ I want a functional amount of power in a wrapping that I can call mine.

In your case, the C30 or C38 kits are perfectly fine when mated to the factory emissions equipment. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we can help you out! Thanks!

Noobish question once again, but should I get an oil catch can? Just a refresh, c38 w/ flashngo tune via delicious and tomei headers. OR.... What should i visually inspect in the engine bay to determine if i need one. I dont track my car, but the 10% of the time i give it the beans is what tends to scares me lol.

Wipe the final charge pipe with a clean, lint-free towel. If there is oil residue, you should probably get catch cans. If it is clean, then your driving habits don't require catch cans.

Catch Can is not needed. We do not run one on our street car or race car.

OEM header and front pipe? Use the JR supplied tune. You don't need anything else

Non-OEM header and/or front pipe? JR MAP sensor, Delicious tune. We can package everything together for you.
