The BRZ is oddly better looking in red.

lets see what we can see from the video:
1. dual AVCS
2. EL 421 headers
3. oil-to-water cooler
4. DBW (duh)
5. no hydraulic power steering (boooo)
6. such a small rear ARB acting with 1:2 motion ratio?
7.

i dun understand japanese but did they just say that the mounting points for the seat rails are the same as the gen 1 BRZ/86?!

any experts here can recognise if things like the brakes and uprights and arms and driveshafts etc are the same as the gen 1? (so that parts can transfer over!)

It sounds like a VTA blowoff valve. This means that if the sound was coming from that car, it is not an OEM turbo setup, as VTA is not compatible with a draw through MAF setup, and OEM don’t use blow through MAFs. If it was a factory turbo it would use a diverter valve, or more likely these days a bypass valve in the compressor housing. you likely wouldn’t even hear it, or it would be a very subtle hiss.

Somehow the side bumper vents on the silver car looks larger and more gaping....

As such i dont think Silver is a good colour for this car.....
