1uz fell in my lap

My friend was about to crush an old ls400 so I took it and have a 1uz for my FRS. Wanting to boost it anyone have recommendations for forged internals and fuel management?

Regardless if he mentioned turbo in his question, shouldn't this be in the engine swap section? Engine swap junkies who read the forms tend to go to the engine swap section.
