1984? The model T back in 1908 was a closed deck block. Open and semi open weren't even possible because of material science. |

Hi I am the one who's name is on the 3rd Outfront CD block, like @FRS Justin mentioned I super excited about the 1/2" head bolts. Hopefully it should be able to hold up to the 35 - 45 psi of boost I am going to throw at this bitch, this is going to be a fun summer!

The 1908, Model "T" block (shown below) looks pretty much "closed" to me ....... Also, the Model "A" block was "closed" (except on the ends). humfrz |

I was trying to keep it away from cast iron stuff that dates way back but yes Ford lead the way because they are the first manufacture with a assembly line type setup for mass production.

From my experience with high hp cars, and by that is all my friends make over 600hp to wheels mustang, I am going to have to carry a spare trans regardless of my choice LOL. This is the game we play though lol. If you guys have any questions or concerns. Contact me or @FRS Justin and we can help guide you guys the right way. And power isnt quite as expensive as you'd think

I usually like to build, test and then post about new stuff but in the spirit of posting on untested stuff I guess I just let that slip out.
This closed deck was what I was working on a couple of months ago that hadn't got to the testing phase yet so I was waiting to post about the results. SO I guess I will say it first hey everyone I am working with a well known company to build a new set of roller rockers. Not sure if it's possible but we are trying!!!!
