Did the last one get closed down? If so, why?

I was wondering that, did someone still not get a legit dyno sheet up?

Dont dynapacks run high, mustangs low, and jets seem to be the "standard"?

I'd be more than happy to pick up an hour of dyno time to compare the works, stock and K&N filters(I already have the stock and K&N panel filters), but my local dyno is a dynojet.
I'm running E85, nameless over/downpipe with high flow cat and helmhotz, in addition to their axleback. Latest virtual dynos (which match up closely with the local dyno) show just over 200whp. |

Did he seriously have that thread closed on purpose to drive the people away who are asking questions he doesn't want to answer? Are people really not seeing how this guy is shady? Why the testing constraint? I have a hunch. The gain from a filter is always going to be a function of a percentage increase in power. And when you consider that dynapacks tend to give results approximately 10% higher than a dynojet, the same % power increase will result in more hp gained on a dynapack. He's clearly worried about test results. He doesn't believe that his filter will outperform the others. He's worried that it's only going to perform on par with the rest, which isn't a bad thing. I'm sure he'd still sell a ton of filters. He just wouldn't be able to post "10+ hp gain" to market his filter. Quote:
Yes, and this supports my 'hunch'. If the same exact test (same care, same day, same time, etc) on a mustang dyno and a dynapack, and there was a 5% gain in power, there would be approx. a 2hp difference in the gains seen between the two. |

I wouldn't be surprised to see the next condition be run the works filter first and let the oil temp get high enough and immediately run the stock filter. Then take the highest run for the works filter and the lowest for the stock one.
