Bad experience with Shopflossy.com
So I've seen a couple pictures of members with the flossy knobs and I loved them. Decided to give them a shot and ordered my knob on February 14th. Initially, they were quick to respond on which image I wanted for my custom engraving, but as time passed, communication was bleak. I emailed twice 20 days after asking for a tracking number or information on my order. They responded with an email saying I should have the item by saturday, as they ran out of stock and had to make more. I was assured my knob was in queue and should ship out to arrive by the Saturday that just passed. The next day I emailed asking for the tracking number.... No response... Emailed again 2 days later asking for a tracking number....again no response. Fast forward to today, and still no response to my many emails asking for an update or tracking number. I really want the shift knob, but I'm beginning to get frustrated by the lack of customer service.

I've read multiple threads and numerous posts about bad communication with flossy. I don't have the personal experience with them, but just hope you get it all sorted out.

I was very close to ordering from Flossy a month ago, but read several threads on here about the wait a terrible communication. Apparently they were really great at one time but have gotten worse. Some people don't wait long, some people do.

I have one. LOVE the knob, but would never order from him online. It's great when the order is correct, but never seems to go well when it's not. I met up with him in person.

He's 5 hours away from me, so in person isn't an option. I ended up opening a claim with paypal and ordering another knob from moddiction. Would have loved the knob from flossy, heard it's amazing when he actually does get it out.....but his communication is horrid and I'm not very patient when I've been given a delivery time with little communication. Thanks for the support

All of the flossy horror stories on here scared me away from my first shift knob choice a few months ago. Instead decided to get the Raceseng slammer and lockout, and have been amazingly happy with it. Good luck getting things squared away, but if you have to go with a backup plan, I can recommend this one!

Thank you. The disrespectful thing is that they keep posting pictures on IG, but can't respond to emails.

Still hasn't been settled? They just liked my pictures on Instagram last night, but apparently can't come on a forum.

No. I've messaged them on facebook, instagram, and emailed numerous times. All with no response. I don't think they have intentions of fixing the issue. They won't even respond to the paypal dispute |

So update, I'm supposed to receive my shift knob today and I have USPS tracking for it.
To get to this point, I had to go on their instagram. They posted a new pic of a customer's shift knob. I went to the new post and tagged a couple people I saw inquiring about purchasing a knob from the, and also tagged them with a story of all the trouble I've been going through just to get a hold of them. They immediately deleted my comment, and emailed me telling me they received the wrong color coating for the knob and that they were waiting for the new shipment to come in. (interesting seeing as the email I received initially said they just finished a new batch and I should have already had it). So they then told me they tested that coating anyway to see how it would come out, and they could send me that one if I wanted it, or I could keep waiting and get a discount on the knob. The color they had wasn't bad so I decided to go with it and end the waiting game. So they shipped it out and I'm waiting on it today. I'll update how it arrives once I get home and check the mail. TLDR: Shift knob is supposed to arrive today. Had to comment on instagram photo and tag potential customers for response. Will update again. after work |

Wow another one...I was pretty much in the same situation as you except I never got a tracking # or anything. He took my money and that was it. I had to wait for paypal to finish investigating the dispute to get my money back. It took about a month.
Seems as if the company doesn't care as long as new customers keep coming in. |

Yea. It's horrible. I have a new update.... I got the shift knob.. It's horrible. The 'coating' is chipping at the bottom. It looks used... And they didn't include the adapter to actually install it. |

I was about to order one of their knobs too, until I read about the feedback. Went and got one from @Moddiction instead
