stock pulley? can you run 93 octane with this set up or E85 only?

Its currently tuned for E85 only

This car isn't running the stock pulley, its a 65mm unit from memory.

We're in the process of putting together another kit in completely stock form to do some more comparative testing for you all... when we've gone so far down the "race car" path it makes it impossible to provide accurate feedback for you all on real world performance.

Andrew.

Questions
Is there a confirmed list of strut bars that fit over this super charger?
What is the max impeller speed?
Is there a chart that someone can look at to see what the impeller speed is with stock and high boost pulley as well as at different RPM?

Probably just ones like beatrush n cusco. I dont think anything round n straight would clear judging by the pictures.

Stock pulley it running about 8.5k rpm and a pressure ratio of 1.7bar (0.7Bar boost)

I believe with the 60ish mm pulley, as per Harrops data above, it'll be running at around 13k rpm at max revs.

220Kpa is about 2.2Bar manifold pressure which equates to the pressure ratio of 2.2 if the intake is at 1 atm pressure.

These TVS SCs have a max pressure ratio of 2.4Bar.

That is pretty good clearance, but would you say that it isn't enough to allow a straight bar. I would think not. Plus, I would want to some clearance for engine shifting. I think the Cusco or Beatrush are good options. I would just powder coat the ends because blue and gold just don't fit my theme.

I kinda wish someone would do a chart or little post with the space between stock valve cover to bottom of strut bar. It would be so helpful in situations like these.

The Whiteline one is almost exactly the same as the Cusco one except it's completely silver, so that's another option that may or may not need to be powdercoated.

I am sure the manufacture has 3D models of their product that would provide all the clearance specs or dimensions relative to stock parts. The hard part is getting it

Anyone have a picture diagramming the hoses on the underside of the sc? Just wanted to check which vacuum hoses on a LHD car go where.

The RacerX Catch Cans fit, in case any of you want your car to look more stealthy.

I'm very happy with the installation and cannot wait to drive the car at the track once the tuning is complete!
