Arrow T-Top FR-S?

Just want to do a poll, would any of you be willing to cut up your roof in order to have a T-top version of the FR-S with glass removable panels?

Just a random thought. The current roof is totally fine. lol

Do realize how much engineering, wind tunnel time, and extra cost went into/goes into that scalloped roof?

And you want to chop it up for mullet mobile T-Tops...

Love T-tops, but not for this car. That roof adds to it, a lot.

I hear you guys on that. Just a random thought. I do like the roof on it already. It would be interesting to see one though.

If it came with a t-top from the factory I would possibly be interested, but I wouldn't be interested in adding one myself.

Exactly. I'm not going to cut my car up but I would love to have one that has it. It's so rare to find a car that has a removable top anymore. Basically your only option is a Corvette

When I had a Celica I wish I had the hardtop (I had the common sunroof) and when I had a MkII MR2 everyone was scrambling to find the ultra rare hardtop (because everyone had the t-top or sunroof options). Main reason is extra weight from glass/materials/reinforcements in the roof raises the center of gravity. Rigidity is also a factor.

This is true. If it came from Toyota it would probably have the same molded lines into it.

I'm not a fan of the convertible, this is another reason why this popped into my mind.

I wouldn't do it myself, but I think a Targa would be the best option for the FR-S. Supra style.

I would rather cut an inch or 2 from the pillars and lower the roof a bit as i do not need all the head room. It would look better to me if the roof line was a bit lower and it would improve the cog. If i had unlimited money and actually cared that much.
