Shout Out and Thank You to FT-86 Speed Factory

Very rarely will I give a shout out to a company, but, in this case, I think it's well deserved.

I ordered from FT-86 Speed Factory the other day- a relatively substantial order including a new Invidia exhaust and Bilstein coilovers. I had issues with the site's check out and contacted customer service regarding the issue. Within a few hours I had a reply and had worked out a way around the issue- I figured all was good. Later in the day, I received an email notifying me that one of the items was out of stock, and offering to provide me with alternatives that would suit my needs, if I wanted to change the order, or an expected time frame if I decided to wait on the original item. I decided to change the order (I had gone back and forth between a couple alternatives before I ordered) and within minutes had a refund on what was overpaid previously. Now, I couldn't believe how great the service had been up to that point, and that was a huge bonus since it seems companies tend to be much more rushed to collect than to refund.

Fast forward a day, today the parts arrived first thing this morning via UPS, and are now in the garage waiting on me. I didn't expect my order to arrive for, at least, a few days- receiving them next-day was completely unexpected and fantastic.

I have dealt with very few companies that have such great customer service and genuinely care about their customers (the only other one that comes to mind is Pelican Parts for my Porsche stuff). I just wanted to give a huge thumbs up to FT-86 Speed Factory and say 'thank you' for everything

I saw one of their cars getting towed off track at NOLA. Not sure if they got yelled at for it though.

I doubt it. Can't be worse than the EVO!

I heard the drone report, looked up and saw it, and thought "What jackass is running a drone?" Looked over and saw their dude on the trailer with the controller haha

Yeah Kevin was trying to get some aerial coverage for the video coming out and all tracks are different so he gave it a shot. Unfortunately sounds like some numb nuts ruined it for us earlier in the day.

It may have been drop shipped from a stocking distributor, given that many companies are based in Southern California and UPS Ground is 1 Day transit time.

My experience is that the actual transit times do not reflect whether a dealer has stock of an item or their ability to ship out items in time.
