power steering codes

Was looking for some mechanical help: Today I went to look at a 2013 scion frs with 70,000 miles. It checked out besides a couple bushing and some Power Steering codes C1237, C1241, C1464, C1465, C1466. Does anyone know potential cassie’s of these, obviously it could be the speed sensors, however, was wondering if there were other causes or if anyone has had and fixed the issue. Thank you in advance!!

The car likely died from a stall or battery at some point and these codes have been stored.
