Konig Hypergram?
Looking into a new set of wheels for my BRZ and came across the Konig Hypergram. Has anyone had any experience with these, or seen them first hand?
I would be looking at a 17x8 or 17x9. http://konigwheels.com/wheels/flow-f...els/hypergram/ |

I doubt anyone will have a lot of experience with them, because they literally just came out like a month ago.

I kind of figured as much since they are so new.
They caught my eye because of the offsets available. It is available is a 17x8 and 17x9 +40 which I thought would be good with stock struts up front? The weights look good too, at 16.3lbs and 17.5lbs. |

Yeah, either size should be okay with stock fronts, depending on how big your tires are. Konig makes decent wheels.

I'm leaning toward the 17x9 with a 245/40R17 tire, probably a RS-3

What's the general consensus on stock strut clearance for a +40 offset? if +42 wheels clear (they do right?), these should be fine. I would be using crash bolts too.

Depends on how much camber you plan on running. +42 has a possibility of clearing, some people have to run 3mm spacers.

18×8.5 5X100 +38 17.41 lbs. Nice! Sadly these came out after my purchase.
Interestingly, they are slightly lighter than the 17x9 @ 17.49lbs. |

Spoke to Konig this morning actually, and they said about 30 days till these are in stock, and ready to rock.
