Wheel Size for TRD Lowering Springs
Hey Everyone.
I’m looking to get new wheels this weekend. Still running the stock ones. I have TRD lowering springs - all other suspension components are stock. I’m hoping to graduate to an 18” rim. Does anyone have any insight if I’ll be safe with an 8.5 offset running 235-245 tires? What’s my best bet for fitting? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Welcome to the forum.
You can get 18x8.5 wheels with an offset of +45 to +25 Most get an offset in the +35 to +40 range. Either size tire will work. though 245/35/ is closer to stock diameter. It is also a bit more costly. If on a budget, 225/40s will work great too. They are a super common size; thus cheaper. (usually) Good Luck!

I'm on factory TRD springs and my 245/40/17 +38 setup has no issues. But I cannot weigh in on 18s.
