I do understand that people make mistakes and it wasn't intentional, but it seems to me the only reason you're even offering anything to him right now is because he wrote this review.
The hood is his. There is no reason for you to keep it.
Shady business, if you ask me. There are a lot better detailers in the GTA area, I'm sure. I'd like to hear him say this is an isolated incident, but I've heard bad stories before.
