Look up Cascade Sports Car Club. They have one coming up on Aug 17th and Sept 22nd. @ PIR.

As for Oregon Raceway Park, a good club to lookup also is Team Continental. They host several days out there and have a great drivers training program. Oh yeah, and ORP is one WICKED track. TC has a Driver's Training on August 3rd and they're pretty cheap too!

Also, if you don't mind drive up North for a bit (might be a nice weekend "getaway") there's a new track in Shelton, WA called The Ridge and it is a track you don't want to miss.
Ridge Racing School hosts track days and DE's there several times a month.
