Aside from physically measuring the rotors, compare the part numbers of the calipers and pads. If they're the same, then the rotor has to be the same, dimensionally. If not, then who knows what the difference is - my guess would be the hub offset. But it seems unlikely the rotors are different.

And to be honest, the rear brakes do maybe 25% of the total braking, so I wouldn't be too worried about it. Besides, I highly doubt anyone will notice the difference anyway if the rotors were different for whatever reason.
