As far As I can recall the record was held by a guy that slid into a ditch and rolled the car about 200 yards from the entrance to the dealership. Had like 4 miles total on it, he had driven it the 200 yards and it was totaled.

You can see the torn up turf as he came down of the embankment. Presume it was even higher further back. It can take a surprisingly small ramp incline to flip even a low COG car if the speed is high enough.
