I'm using the first one with the washer and I recommend using a washer or it will leak as this was not my first or I used and had a leak and replace it. As far as the oil cooler goes I'm using the same exact oil cooler / heat exchanger. I only use the car around town so it works perfectly but I'm not sure how would hold up on the track. Plus side about this heat exchanger oil cooler is the oil temperatures does rise much quicker if you're running a turbo.
