banks or payment processors taking the side of the buyer isn't anything new... it's really no different than you making a claim on a service that was not provided by a (insert business of your choice here) and filing a chargeback.

At the end of the day, if you wish to resell something, you take on the risks associated with being a seller. Like it or not, the customer/buyer always wins if you really take it to the end.

Paypal as a payment method is pretty much as good as it gets (for the seller). If you insist on using a payment method that "protects you" against scammers, at the end of the day you'll look like a scammer.
