Strongly disagree that it's "really fuel efficient".
My best MPG in my manual BRZ was something like 32 MPG on cruise control on a multi-hour flat straight highway trip. For comparison, my '16 Mazda 6 (which is a much bigger and heavier car, and comparable power output) easily makes 40 MPG under same conditions.
