It is my understanding that you can't just replace the base HVAC with the nice digital 2-zone HVAC. There is a separate wiring harness that goes with a number of the higher trim level features, including the digital HVAC, the push-button start, and the keyless entry. It is all or nothing, so you would have to do the push-button start and keyless entry, and all parts associated with them (like the different door handles for the keyless) for it to work.

I don't know of anybody having done it yet, because the parts cost alone would be prohibitively expensive, and you would have to take apart quite a bit of the car.
