13secs so slow, I only live in 10seconds at a time...
If you just want 13secs. Cheapest and quickest way is just boosting it
Engine swaps gonna be expensive and we really don't even know what we can fit in the bay yet.
Sure tuners can do it. But they gut out the entire engine bay, which will cost more time and money. Everything is all speculation, but let's wait till we actually drive the car, and know what the car is capable of performance wise
