That's totally true. To me, the plug-and-play versatility of a disc is gone though. Games need to install no matter what console you play them. So if it's not as easy as just popping in the game and going, there's no real advantage of having it over a digital download. But the advantages of digital seem pretty strong to me (other than not having a case/box/etc... which is.... going to be weird for a while for me).
