Good to know, I never thought I would need driving lessons in Forza, but I'm open to it.

I think a really good way to get good at racing games is (1) choose a car slightly faster than an AI, (2) drive behind the AI as close as you can w/o hitting, (3) try to mimic the path of the AI as much as you can, (4) and don't pass the AI.

Following the AI shouldn't be a problem since your car is faster. This way, you learn racing lines, brake points, etc from the AI. You also learn to restrain your aggression and wait for the right chance to pass, which is a skill you need to pass without hitting.

And just progress from there by trying to pass when you see the chance, choosing a car just as fast as your AI's, etc.

This works for pretty much any racing game. This is actually very difficult to do, but it's fun and you'll get used to it quickly.
