There was a good long discussion of this at the Long Beach Event with top brass at Scion and Toyota. Basically, they said they weren't going to put features in a car and then deny warranty because you use them.

As long as the part is covered under warranty and it fails, they will honor the warranty. Like mentioned above if you start tacking stuff on, then all bets are off.

This was asked specifically around autocrossing, etc, and in reference to things like being able to turn TC and such off.

Any other 1st86ers remember it differently?
