Both plants make the exact same products, at the exact same rates, with the same management team in charge. The only difference between the two are the median age.
I generally try to stay away from the whole "the younger generation is XXX" thing but the stats speak for themselves.

Yeah, well I'm only 29 myself but I definitely see it. This is a very entitled and lazy generation and it doesn't look like it will get better anytime soon. I don't have high hopes for the future...
