That's pretty much how it is done with the autographed items. After all spots are payed for, PayPal being the usual method, the seller enters all the names into the randomizer, then starts recording their actions. So let's say I was the vendor, after entering all names I would start recording with my phone or whatever. There would be two tabs open in my computer, one of the thread on this forum where the item is listed and one on the random.org site with all the names entered. Then I would make a post on the thread saying all payments are made and the winner will now be chosen. Then I would click the tab for the randomizer, and click the randomizing tab X number of times, we usually do 5. After the 5th click, whoever is in the number 1 spot is the winner. Then I would click the tab back in the forum and make another post saying the raffle is done. Next I would upload the video of all that I had just recorded showing who the winner is. Making the first and second post gives a time stamp and the video recording would verify. That way there could be no disputing the results.
