Maybe I am missing something here
If you have a tune optimised for 93 AKI (98 RON) fuel and run 93 then I would expect the IAM to be 1 and not see knock .
If you run 91 AKI (95 RON) fuel with a tune optimised for 93 then wouldn't you expect to encounter some knock and have the IAM drop to compensate.
Even on stock tune you encounter knock and get iam dropping if you run 91 instead of 93
If your tune was specifically for 91 then you should not see the IAM drop if you run 91 or better fuel.
