You're not making any sense. TRD (or rather a subsidiary that built them) put 100 complete packages up for sale via a lottery. From all those that applied 100 were chosen to buy the car at the bargain price (given the total cost of all the upgrades far outweighed the purchase price).
There is no Griffon street/track edition.
The 14R60 is a track car based on work carried out on the Griffon.
There was supposed to be a street edition based on the Griffon but I have not heard or seen anything.
