First thing I would try is getting a 6pt and hammering it onto the bolt till it is fully seated. Don't jerk on the ratchet, just gradly increase pressure. That thing shouldn't be so tight that it won't come off that way. Your next bet is going to be a big set of vice grips. Good luck.
