If you're doing coilovers at the same time, do them first, then get a corner balanced alignment, THEN adjust your swaybar links for zero preload.

If no coilovers, then just adjust your links for zero preload, preferably on the alignment rack so you know you're level.

And if you're still on stock endlinks, then this question is academic, at best...
