It's an odd place and orientation for a supercharger, so I think it's a turbo. Going by the blue lines coming off the manifold, I think there a water-cooled intercooler in there.

It's definitely a roots type. Looked identical to the sprintex units to me but I didn't really bother to get a good look as I was in a hurry. I'm sure the specs will be out soon.
