No manufacturer is going to say "sure, we'll cover your car if something breaks at an autocross/track day/etc."
I had a wheel bearing replaced in my last car under warranty. Was it the result of autocross? Maybe, maybe not. The key is that the damage must be "the result" of a competitive event. That can be hard to prove. Also, "competitive event" can mean a lot of things.
If you are going to race the car stock...
1. Keep your name and car separate. Tape over your license plate, use a pseudonym for your car or yourself. Make it difficult to find an excuse for denying a claim. You don't have to lie, just don't give them a reason.
2. If something breaks, be realistic about what you expect from the dealer. If you roll in to the dealer on corded Hoosiers and ask them to replace a wheel bearing. It's probably not going to happen. If you autocross occasionally and your AC is broken, no problem.
