Pics of the parts and my notes on how they feel on the car:

Wheel/Tire Upgrades:
Loving the aesthetics of the 57 Extreme wheels. The weight is similar to the stock wheels and tires. Also at these widths, they do poke outside of the fender a bit. Would definitely recommend getting coilovers w/tophats or some kind of camber kit before upgrading to wheels/tires of this size.

The RPF1 wheels on the other hand are very light and make the car feel so much more responsive and nimble. The R-S3's are also performing admirably at the track so this combination is making me quite happy

Engine/Exhaust Upgrades:
With the Greddy T518Z Turbo kit, the car is making more than 50% more power with a decently smooth spool up coming in at about 3.5k RPMs. The BOV is recirculated to keep the set up as efficient as we can. Nearly all the piping has been coated and wrapped and the car has been conservatively tuned for hard track use. With nearly 20k miles and 20+ track days with the turbo, the car is holding up pretty well. Cooling solutions include the Robispec V2 Radiator/Oil Cooler combo as well as upgraded Spal fans with a shroud by @Carolina Dyno.

Transmission Upgrades:
Currently running an Exedy Stage II Cerametallic clutch kit with lightened flywheel. So far the clutch has been pretty solid for daily driving as well as hard track use (but occasionally has issues when getting into gear from a full stop). The Cusco Type RS Limited Slip Differential has also been installed and is one of my favorite upgrades. Makes the car much easier to push hard through corners even with sport traction control on. And lastly a little weight savings in the form of a DriveShaft Shop carbon fiber driveshaft.

Suspension Upgrades:
The JRZ RS coilovers have provided amazing damping on fairly stiff springs (Hypercoil 9k F/11k R). Every click makes a noticeable difference! The Robispec front control arms added sharper and more direct steering feel and the anti-dive characteristics make the car feel much more stable under braking, acceleration and shifting. The SPL rear control arms have been solid with easier camber adjustment as well as decent access to the compression adjustment knobs on the JRZs. Strut and sway bars have stiffened up the car all around and the car in general is set up for neutral to mild oversteer.

Brake Upgrades:
Having used (and loved) the AP Racing J-Hook Rotors for my GT-R, I was already leaning towards the AP Racing "Sprint" Big Brake Kit but after an excellent sales pitch by CSG Mike, I was sold. Not only do I get to reunite with those rotors for the BRZ, I found out the brake pads for these calipers are so much thicker than the stock pads, which should lead to far fewer pad changes on top of the additional ventilation from the rotors. Any additional stopping power is just icing on the cake. Also with the new brake kit, I've also committed to separate track and street sets of brake pads and added some Stoptech slotted rotors for the rear for a little more ventilation as well.

Interior:
Installed the FA20Club AC Vent Multi-gauge. Plugs straight into the ODBII port and with it, I'm now able to keep track of Oil/Coolant temps, AFR, Boost, etc.

Exterior/Aero:
The TOM's LED Tail Lamps [JDM] and VG Sharkfin Antennae are the only purely cosmetic mods that I've added to the car but I've been quite happy with both. The tail lamps required some re-wiring to work with the USDM harness but Evasive handled it like the pros that they are! Also running full APR aero as well as a Voltex 1600mm wing for extra downforce. The Seibon VS Carbon Fiber hood was added for extra ventilation (despite being slightly heavier than stock >.<)!
