Definitely more DC like, but so are most of the Marvel tv series. I don't think the sun comes out in any of them, except maybe SuperAngstyGirl.
I liked Daredevil. It has the same issue as most these series, too many choreographed fight scenes and too many bad guys that can't shoot or throw a punch.
