Talk to the Manager/Dealership owner. Keep it on the quiet though so you can keep your leverage and ask for compensation and have those tech guys to be reprimanded for being unprofessional so they don't do it to the next customer.
And if they don't do anything about it to your liking. Rat them out.
EDIT: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
