It's definitely a bummer when you find someone has damaged your stuff and didn't have the guts to own up to what they did. I found a big dent just above the rear wheel on my BRZ a couple of months ago. I suspect I know where it happened, but what are you gonna do? I ended up paying out of pocket to have it fixed and got on with life. There are plenty of assholes in this world and odds are you'll encounter several of them over the years. I know this may be sacrilege, but ultimately it's just a car and it can be fixed.
