O rings are meant for one time use (not saying you can't reuse them, but you really shouldn't)...And taking off bolts over and over again will wear them out, they aren't indestructible lol, not to mention you are unbolting steel bolts from an aluminum engine block so anti seize is a must (which should be done regardless).

You can waste your time however you want. I'm just here to remind you of it. It can be done either way, but like I said, it's completely unnecessary. Why disconnect fuel lines over and over again, multiple bolts, clamps, etc. if you can't see how many more risk factors there are pulling off the entire manifold then I don't know what to tell you.
